Course content
- Theoretical definition of the field, planting in the system of sciences. - The game principles of psychomotor activities. - Familiarisation games. - Psychomotor parachute games. - Games with newspapers. - Games with yogurt cups. - Games with pet bottle lids. - Blanket games. - Inflatable balloon games. - Games for the development of senzomotorics, muscle tension and relaxation. - Games with special psychomotor aids. - Simple relaxing and massage activities. - Contact games for developing children's social skills. - Games applying inter-subject relationships.
