Course content
- Definition of first aid and history of first aid and its teaching. - Human body. - Lay basic first aid, technical first aid, professional rescue first aid. - Mass disability. - Imminent danger to life and call for rescue services. - Basic examination of vital functions. - Principles of first aid. - Procedure and technique of first aid for individual injuries resp. health problems. - Barriers to providing first aid. - Failure to provide first aid. - Integrated rescue system. - Czech Red Cross. - Danger symbols and pictograms. - Ensuring the safety and health of children and pupils in schools and school facilities.
