Course content
- "Know yourself!" deepening self-knowledge as an imperative of the teaching profession (MBTI). - Personality flourishing (positive psychology) and becoming oneself (Jung). - Spirituality as a process of human self-realization (Scheler). - Display of systems and units (mental mapping, systemic constellations). - Values of good and evil: disposition versus situation (Zimbardo). - Motivation and needs (Maslow), assertiveness and aggression as ways to promote interests. - Personal effectiveness: goal setting (SMART), 4 generations of time management (priorities and time lost). - Effective problem solving: the teacher as a mediator of conflict resolution (win-win, transactional analysis). - Effective communication: argumentation and active listening, verbal and nonverbal communication, content and relational plane. - Ways of making decisions. - Group dynamics: climate and atmosphere. - Social competence: the ability to work in a team (Belbin, Adair). - Feedback: the art of receiving and providing it. - "Sanding the saw" to prevent burnout.
