Course content
- General management. Basic categories. - School management as a frontier pedagogical discipline. - Development of management theories. Principles of the Bata company. - Selected areas of educational policy. Transformation of the current school with regard to its management. - Preparation and competence of the manager. - Main control processes. - School, school and class management. School legislation. - Management and leadership of people at school. Human capital. - Motivation of employees. Cooperation and teamwork at school. - Classroom management strategies. Rules as a condition for the functioning of the class team. - Pedagogical communication and its impact on class management. - School culture. Classroom climate. Parents as co-creators of the class climate. - School principal, deputy principal and their role in school management and leadership. - Legal minimum for teachers. Class teacher as a manager.
