Course content
- Physiology of physical activity. - Motor skills. Motor skills. - Physical exercises and their classification. Relaxing, stretching and strengthening exercises and principles of their implementation. - Criteria for the effectiveness of teaching and learning in physical education. - Methods for assessing the effectiveness of the teaching process. - Safety during physical activities. - Development of school physical education in Czech schools. - Pupil's personality concerning psychomotor development. - The role of a physical education teacher.
