Course content
The student will gain experience with long-term work in kindergarten: - develops its competencies related to the design of the educational process in kindergarten (orientation in educational documents, compiling the content and organization of the teaching unit, setting goals of the teaching unit, implementing didactic analysis of the curriculum, choosing effective procedures within the teaching unit, etc.); - support competencies related to the evaluation of the educational process (to include and use various forms of evaluation, to prepare and implement activities for self-evaluation and mutual evaluation, to be able to systematically analyze the educational unit, assess, evaluate and argue the applied methodology of the educational process); - acquires competencies related to teacher cooperation with other professionals - cooperation with the participating teacher, parents, children, other staff in and outside the school (special educator, psychologist, speech therapist); realize (through his / her experience) aspects and conditions related to the role and status in kindergarten (to manage appropriate educational situations and conditions that support social contact).
