Course content
- Profession, semiprofession - analysis of the concept. - Nanny or teacher. Trends in the training of professionals working with preschool children. - Professional identity - concept analysis. - Professionalization and its phases. - Beginning kindergarten teacher in practice. - Research to monitor the professional identity of teachers. - Professional identity of a kindergarten teacher. - Differences in the career paths of nursery and primary school teachers. - Kindergarten as an institution where the teacher conducts action research. - Professional preparation of kindergarten teachers in the Czech Republic. - Analysis of the system of training of nursery teachers abroad. - The career of kindergarten teacher. - Career planning of kindergarten teachers. - Career system in the Czech Republic. Comparison with EU countries.
