Meaning and clarification of the concept of free physical activity. - Developing the positive aspects of children's personality and the influence of movement on controlling the child's behavior. - Education for patience, thoughtfulness and respect for friends, forging a sense of honest sports struggle, forging the ability to put up with defeat. - Growing habits leading to regular hardening. - Environmental hygiene. - Care for the correct posture of children. - The importance of gradually increasing the physiological effect and appropriate inclusion of breathing and relaxation exercises. - Harmonizing the movement of children with music. - Consolidation of right-left orientation and overall orientation in space and plane. - Musculoskeletal errors. - Health principles in organizing individual activities with children. - Motivation of children to move. - Safe playing. - Game stack.
