Course content
- System of sport psychology. - Historical development of sport psychology, current position of the field in the Czech Republic and worldwide. - Ontogenesis in relation to physical activities. - Personality of a sportsman, simple diagnostics of personality characteristics in relation to physical activities. - Performance motivation. - Motor learning. - Pre-start, start and competition conditions. - Regulatory means in sport. - Sport physical activity and mental health. - Problems of movement inactivity of contemporary youth. - Assertiveness and communication strategy in sport.
