- Creation of mathematical tasks and tests for students at the primary level of education (according to given specification of development of thought processing), their solution and ways of evaluation. - Examples of mathematical tasks and methods of their solution in the context of multinational and national measurements. - Specifics of working with gifted children in mathematics. - Mathematical contests at the 1st level of elementary education (national and regional), forms of administration, specification of rules. - Typology of didactical games in mathematics and their relevance for the development of mathematical competencies of pupils in primary education. - Creation and critical evaluation of mathematical didactical materials - foreign and alternative educational projects in mathematics. - Utilisation of means of ICT in education of primary mathematics, didactical software programmes to support mathematics education and criteria for its evaluation, following mainly the quality aspects (mathematical expertise and didactical correctness).
