Course content
- Relaxation health exercises. - Stretching health exercises. - Strengthening health exercises. - Methodical procedure of training of selected gymnastic exercises. - Students' methodical output. - Assessment of the abilities to use acquired knowledge and skills in practice.

The student will be able to assemble a lesson plan focused on training of selected gymnastic exercises. The lesson plan will respect the health aspect of the preparatory part of the lesson and the methodical procedure of the training of the selected activity. The student is able to describe and put into practice the training of selected gymnastic exercises according to the appropriate methodical procedure.
