Course content
- Axiological-motivational aspect, aspect of values. - Teacher's integrity and identity. - Development of teacher's autonomy. - Cognitive-motivational aspect. - Emotional-motivational aspect of teacher's experience. - Teacher's motivation decision. - Social-motivational aspect. - The issues of the teacher's biosomatic condition in the profession. - The issues of the teacher's freedom and responsibility.

Monologic (Exposition, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (Discussion, conversation, brainstorming), Text analysis, Individual work of students, Dealing with situational issues - learning in situations
