Course content
- Brief introduction to the theory of kinetic games, methodology, safety of kinetic activities. - Games for preparation of organism for kinetic activities. - Games for relaxation, and calming down. - Ice breakers. - Games for motoric skills development (condition, coordination, hybrid games). - Games for the development of selected motoric abilities. - Games for spatial awareness development. - Ball games. Competitive games. - Games for the development of sensory-motor skills and other selected psychological functions. - Games for the development of social competencies of children and mutual cooperation.
