Course content
-Concept of literacy in pedagogical, psychological, linguistic and socio-cultural context. -Relationship between pre-literacy and literacy, skills development from pre-primary towards primary education. -Cognition of content, form and functions of written speech. Functional use of writing. -Development of skills to find and understand information in the text, skills to create comprehensible texts. -Options of individualization and assessment of lower school children development. -Diagnostics of literacy expressions in primary education. -Methods of creative writing for primary education. Spontaneous written production of lower school children. Narrative skills. -Communication education of lower primary children.
