Course content
- Reflection of students' own preconceptions related to the subject issues. - Introduction to developmental psychology. - Developmental psychology methods. - Various approaches to understanding ontogeny. - Development and formation of self. - Characteristics of individual development stages with an emphasis on the development of cognitive processes, abilities, character properties, morality, emotions, social and motor development. - Outline of diagnostic possibilities of a child's development. - Issues of school maturity and school readiness.
