Course content
- Theoretical definition of the field, its setting in the sciences system, game principles. - Getting-to-know-you games. - Games with a psychomotor parachute. - Games with newspaper sheets. - Games with yoghurt cups. - Games with PET bottle lids. - Games with blankets. - Games with balloons. - Games for development of sensomotor, muscle tension and release. - Games with special psychomotor aids. - Simple relaxation and massage activities.

learning outcomes
Students are able to explain a close relation between psychic and motoric development of a child and understand their reciprocal compliance. Students are able to clarify the term of psychomotor in a sense of system of physical activities focused on experience. Students know options and essence of focused and directed exposure of physical activities on a child's psyche, they can name and explain basic principles of implementation of psychomotor activities. Students are able to implement psychomotor activities with an emphasis on their psychological effect.
