Course content
- Input reflection of experience in upbringing and education in primary education. - Issues of development of primary pedagogy as a scientific discipline. - Comparison of trends in development of primary pedagogy in the Czech Republic and abroad. - Identification of problem areas in the development of primary pedagogy as a support for implementation in primary teaching. - Formulation and comparison of alternative procedures in solving issues of primary pedagogy. - Comparison in the area of goals, contents and strategies processes in primary education. - Problem areas to solving issues of evaluation of teaching results in primary education in the Czech Republic and in an international context (PISA, TIMS etc.). - Issues of specific requirements of teacher training for primary education.

Dialogic (Discussion, conversation, brainstorming), Observation, Text analysis, Dealing with situational issues - learning in situations
  • Preparation for examination - 36 hours per semester

The student is able to convert their experience and observations of practical education phenomena into the language of specialist pedagogical concepts. The student is able to recognize newly adopted contents of pedagogical concepts about education in pedagogical practice and write a report on this.
