Course content
- General management and school management. - Specifics of school management and its different concepts and development. - School management levels. - Basic concepts of school management (planning, organizing, decision making, leadership, control, evaluation, etc.). - Personnel management in school practice, employee motivation. - School communication with the public, school marketing. - School self-evaluation. Quality management at school. Determining the satisfaction of school participants. - Teacher as a class manager, application of school management at the class level.

  • Participation in classes - 28 hours per semester
