|
- Education financing legislation in the Czech Republic. - Principles of funding regional education (funding sources from the point of view of the type of kindergarten). - Establishment, changes and cancellation of schools and school facilities. - Planning, management and control of funding in kindergartens. Structure of the budget proposal. - Basic principles of kindergarten accounting. - Human resources, wage regulations, wage agenda. - Additional activity in kindergarten conditions. - Subsidies, international projects, development programs and their possibilities of use in kindergarten. - Project and project management (planning, goals, processing, role of the project implementation team, control and evaluation of the project).
