Course content
- Summary of related findings in the field of social psychology. - Team vs. group. - Kindergarten teaching staff as a team. - Team dynamics. - Communication in the team. - Team roles. - Theory of change, preparation for change and its implementation. - The kindergarten director as a team coach. - Forms and principles of team coaching. - Selected techniques of team coaching.

Knowledge
Students have a basic knowledge of social psychology (social group, types and development of social groups, group processes and interactions, social group structure) and other related social sciences. Students have a theoretical orientation in the issues of teachers in kindergartens. They know the basic rules for producing professional texts, including working with professional literature and citation rules.
