Course content
- EU school policy. - European projects in the field of education. - Education system of the Czech Republic. - School policy of the Czech Republic. - Curricular documents at the national level in the Czech Republic (White Paper, FEP, long-term education plans). - School law. - Act on Teachers. - Labour Code. - Act on the provision of childcare services in a child group and on the amendment of related acts. - Act on the provision of subsidies to private schools, preschools and school facilities. - Other regulations at the level of education in the Czech Republic. - Internal school regulations. - Issues of school management and relevant documentation. - Issues of school evaluation and relevant documentation.

Students have basic knowledge of the legal system in the Czech Republic. Students orient themselves in searching for legal regulations on web interfaces. Students have experience with practice in a kindergarten with regard to the basic documentation of the school.
