The subject is divided into two main areas: 1. Area of professional development of teachers - Professional development of the teacher and its determinants. - Changes in the concept of the teaching profession. - Approaches to supporting teacher professional development processes. - Theoretical foundations of professional, student and children's portfolios. - Possibilities of using a teacher's professional portfolio in a kindergarten environment. - Introducing the teacher's portfolio into the practice of kindergartens. Tool validation process. - The structure of the teacher's professional portfolio. - Self-reflection in the teacher's professional portfolio. - System of self-evaluation and evaluation of schools. 2. Area of didactic work with portfolio - Designing the educational process. - Organizing the educational process. - Evaluation of the educational process. - Documenting educational efforts. - Introducing the child's portfolio into the practice of kindergartens. Tool validation process.
