Course content
- Gain a comprehensive overview of the educational process. - Perceive the importance of the conceptual work of the kindergarten principal. - Get to know the conceptual work of methodologists, head teachers and also principals of kindergartens. - Gain competencies, skills and experience in planning, implementation and reflection of their own pedagogical activities. - Gain competencies, skills and experience in planning, implementation and reflection of their own evaluation activities. - Gain competencies, skills and experience in planning, implementation and reflection of own research activities. - Gain experience using constructive criticism. - Gain the ability to work with teachers, students, parents and other important actors influencing the educational process. - Professional portfolio processing. - Elaboration of a researcher's reflexive diary.
