Course content
- General and pedagogical management. - School - its main characteristics in terms of management. - School system - main general characteristics; levels. - Leadership, management, administration of schools and education. - Basic categories - vision, mission, goal. Applications for schools and education. - School culture. - The structure of schools and education. - Main management processes and their application to schools and education - planning, coordination, motivation. - Main management processes and their application to schools and education - coordination, decision-making, evaluation, control. - Management concepts - types, examples. - Basic documents of school management and education - international, national, regional, local. - Development tendencies in school management and education.

Monologic (Exposition, lecture, briefing), Dialogic (Discussion, conversation, brainstorming), Dealing with situational issues - learning in situations
