Course content
- School management, school management - terminology, development of management theory, modern management in education. - Multilevel management system and organisation of education. - Management functions in the school environment (planning, organising, decision-making, leading, controlling, evaluating, delegating, coaching). - School as a system. - The school leader, his/her mission, qualification profile, responsibility and management ethics. - Human resource management, formation of working attitudes, motivation and creation of school climate. - Communication of the school and the school's relationship with the environment. - School quality, internal and external evaluation. - Teacher as manager and classroom leader. - Classroom management strategies, dealing with classroom discipline, classroom climate. - Selected areas of classroom management - teacher planning before and at the beginning of the school year, teacher administration, compulsory documentation of the classroom teacher, classroom/classroom organization, development of classroom rules, educational measures and dealing with problem situations in the classroom. - The social educator in the school in the role of manager.
