The topics: - Communication and its specifics, the basic concepts. - Analysis of verbal communication. - The relationship of thought and language. - Nonverbal communication. - Cultural and gender aspects of communication. - Interpreting non-verbal signals. - The characteristics of health communication. - Assertive Communication. - Disorders of communication. - Communication in the helping professions. - Communicate in different environments, groups. - Communication as a means of coping with conflict situations. - Self-awareness in communication. - Virtual communication. Application issues: - Developing communication skills: authenticity, active listening, giving feedback, conflict management and development skills to be dialogic existence, ie. be a partner and to be detection and removal of barriers that prevent the spontaneous, creative and authentic expression during the hearing in social situations, during public appearances. - Search / Discovering your authentic development of speech skills to present the text with an emphasis on its meaning. - Culture of expression - the relationship of content and form, clarity. - Insight Communications private in terms of efficiency. - Understanding the relationship of verbal and nonverbalcommunication. - Nonverbal communication as a tool for self-image. - Communicating through words and movement. - Developing improvisational skills. - Develop the ability to maintain attention of the audience, like his speech. - Develop creative communication. - Conduct and behavior in situations in touch with the recipient of the communication.
