Course content
- Social work theory - development and present. - Social work - concept and theory on national and international scale. - System of social work procedures. - The concept of system in the humanities. - Systems and ecology in social work. - Social work and systemic theory. - The concept of help and control from the perspective of the systemic approach. - The principle of the problem holder. - Professional ways of working from a systems approach perspective. - A systemic understanding of 'the problem'. - The nature of social work in a given setting (government and non-government sector). - The role of social workers.
