Course content
- Mediation (principles, goal, phases, participants, tools and skills of the mediator). - The basis of the conflict and its management in everyday and professional life. - The concept of nonviolent communication. - Communication blocks. - Empathic listening. - Use of principles of mediation and nonviolent communication when working with clients.
