Communication models, motives of communication and its importance in today's society. - Characteristics and rules of communication. - Verbal communication and its analysis. - Non-verbal communication, interpretation of non-verbal signals, paralinguistic expressions and their decoding. - Effective communication. Feedback in the communication process. - Communication styles. Argumentative fouls. - Basic characteristics of healthy communication.
