Course content
Main topics: - Basic terms (maturity, learning society, lifelong learning, education, needs and barriers). - Application of Andragogy and its position in the scientific disciplines, the relationship of pedagogy and andragogy, subdiscipline, significance and problems of adult education. - Legislation, conceptual documents and principles. - Institutional arrangements, forms, offer in Czechia and abroad. - Andragogical profession. - Goals and specifics of adult education. - Education during working age. - Education of seniors - geronto pedagogy. - Distance Learning, using of new technologies (e-learning). - Adult education - special social groups (minorities, socially disadvantaged, exclusion). - Professional Education - personnel andragogy. - Hobby Adult Education. - Adult education in pedagogy, social services and non-profit sector. - Curriculum, qualification and competence. - Different didactic methods using in Adult education.
