Course content
- Basic concepts, principles and sources of law in social sphere. - Public Administration (concept, system, institution). - Socio-legal protection of children and youth. - The Family Act (parental responsibility, maintenance obligations, custody and guardianship, alternative education, relationship to the Code of Civil Procedure). - Social Security (benefits and social care services, pension and sickness insurance, state social support) - Labour legislation and its relation to social security.
