Course content
- Family policy in the Czech Republic. - The family as a natural social environment and its functions. - Legislative definition of parental responsibilities. Solidarity between generations. - Goals and principles of child protection (individual plan for child protection). - Child protection and quality standards of social and legal protection. - Criminal responsibility of children and youth. - Educational measures. - Substitute family care (foster care versus institutional care). - Financial literacy and indebtedness of families with minor children.
