Introduction to the study and development of views on human resource management. Modern concepts of personnel management. Human resource management in specific conditions - non-profit organizations and small companies. Analysis of work, creation of work tasks and jobs, organization of work, working hours, work and rest regime. Work motivation, work stimulation, employee remuneration and employee benefits. The process of planning, searching, selecting, hiring and adapting employees. Performance management and employee evaluation process. Employee training and development. The process of dismissal and separation of employees from the organization. Employee welfare, social program of the organization. Information security of personnel management. Personnel records and personnel information systems. Labour relations, trade unions and collective bargaining. Organisational culture and its components. Creation of working environment and working conditions. Health and safety at work. Human resource management in the non-profit sector.
