Course content
Subject and schools of management. Education in management. Basic managerial functions - planning - methods and techniques used in management. Organizing - methods and techniques used in management. Control - methods and techniques used in management. Self management and time management. Communication in management. Teamwork in management. Motivation and motivational theory in management. The personality of the manager. Evaluation in management. Current trends in management. Management of non-profit organizations.
