Course content
Pedeutology and its position in the system of sciences. Specifics of teacher research. The concept of profession and the teaching profession. Education and teacher qualifications. Teaching career. The self-concept and perceived abilities (self-efficacy) of a teacher and a team of teachers. Teacher's conception of their professional role, of the student and of teaching. Standards of teaching activities. Professiogram of a teacher. Working conditions of teachers. Stress and health of a teacher. Teaching staff climate. Demographic characteristics of teachers. The feminization of the teaching profession.
