Course content
The course is divided into three modules: 1. Managerial Skills Module - This module will focus on preparing project proposals, managing and implementing projects, and the basics of project management, including managing a project team. 2. Didactic Knowledge and Skills Module - This module will be oriented towards mastering key didactic methods for teaching in tertiary education. 3. Module on the Creation of Scholarly Texts and Publication Strategy - This module will cover students' research activity strategy and the development of their publication outputs (journal articles, research reports, dissertations).

Knowledge
Is familiar with various types of projects and project calls suitable for doctoral students in pedagogy. Understands the principles of project creation and writing. Knows the rules and best practices for managing and evaluating projects and project teams. Is familiar with the basic procedures for preparing teaching and lecturing (lesson structure, lesson objectives). Understand the principles of effective teaching (e.g., activation methods). Knows the journals in which they can publish. Is familiar with the structure of scientific articles used in educational sciences and the methods of publishing scientific research results.

Can prepare a basic outline of a scholarly study, including critical arguments and the identification of the contribution of research results to original knowledge in the field.
