- Evidence - main arguments and supporting facts - Evaluation of premise and conclusion - Argumentative essay - arguments for and against, organization of ideas, language means - Selection and synthesis of information; relative clauses - Problem/solution - evaluation of the solution, language means (hedging language, prepositional phrases, it is/ there is) - Cause and effect - language means, author stance, essay writing - Preparation and delivery of a presentation on a chosen topic
