The course covers units 9-12 of Navigate Intermediate: - Comparison - Deduction and speculation - Phrasal verbs - Passive - Articles - Phrases with 'take' and 'have' - Third conditional - Should have - Reported speech - Reported questions - Dependent prepositions - Words with multiple meanings - Describe appearances - Written revision The subject aims at vocabulary and functional language connected with the following conversation topics: Discussing important life events. Giving Advice. Exclamations with 'What'. Newspapers. Offers. Law and order. Shopping. Making a complaint. Advantages and disadvantages. Talking about sports and how to play them. Money. Social expressions. Furthermore, the course focuses on vocabulary related to students' field of study.
