Course content
- safety rules - information on basic badminton equipment - the basic rules of badminton - principles of badminton hitting technique - holding the racket, basic and hitting position, basic badminton strokes classification - training a forehand - training a backhand - training shots at the net - smash technique - training service techniques - moving around the court, covering the court - singles tactics - doubles tactics - practical training - the actual game

Knowledge
Students are familiarized with the basic badminton strokes - forehand, backhand, clears, drops, drives, smash, lobs, service, and are capable of independent game. The students acquire the knowledge of the basic rules of badminton and the technical and tactical elements of the game, and improve their physical condition.
