Course content
- Safety instructions - Information about the setting of bicycles - Basic technique to be used when driving an exercise bicycle - Correct breathing technique - Pedalling technique - Checking methods reg. the training intensity - Development of basic endurance - aerobic workout - Development of muscular endurance - Interval training aimed at the development of speed and at the adaptation of the organism to the work in the anaerobic zone - Before the end of all training lessons, proper stretching particularly of those muscles stressed before
