Public administration and law A The concept and types of sources of law Legal standards Em Concept and meaning of interpretation Nost Obligation and significance of interpretative conclusions Case law and legal arguments in general Case law and legal argumentation in administrative law Implementation of legal norms and application of law Law application acts and their properties Defects in administrative acts A Summary and repetition before the final test Workshop with a practitioner
