Course content
|
- Introduction and basics of spatial planning: The first thematic area of the course on land use planning and construction law focuses on the introduction of this issue in terms of its historical development and subsequently on the current form of land use planning in the Czech Republic. The course includes chapters on land use and territorial planning authorities, documentation, policies and plans. Juidicary revision of the land use and planning tools, territorial procedure, simplified procedure and approval. - Construction Law and other context: The second thematic area is devoted to building law as it is dealt with in the Building Act, and then other selected contexts relating to the use of land and buildings, namely the issue of cadastre, land consolidation, and protection of agricultural land. -Workshop with expert practitioner This course has been innovated within the project Innovation of Teaching of Regional Development (CZ.1.07/2.2.00/28.0012).
