Course content
Terminological definition of public administration and public sector The status of territorial and interest self-government in the system of public administration Municipality - legal regulation, status, responsibility Municipality - signs (territory, citizens, property), farming Municipality - municipal authorities (council, council, mayor, municipal office) Municipality - independent and delegated powers, legal regulations, administrative supervision, cooperation of municipalities Region - legal regulations, status, signs and organs of the region Region - legal regulations, administrative supervision, management, property Elections to local councils and regions. Local referendum Act No. 312/2002 Coll. on officials of territorial self-governing units Public administration reform and its impact on the functioning of territorial self-governing units The issue of conflict of interest among public officials
