The student has an overview of the various definitions of the concept of smart city and the role of its individual pillars. The student knows the possibilities for strengthening citizen participation and understands the importance of openenness of public administration within the concept of smart city. Student is able to give examples of the use of the concept and the possibilities for financing its implementation in Czech cities. |
