Course content
Introduction - basics of law theory (law, basic functions of law, legal norm and its structure, classification of legal norms, types of sources of law, concept of legal force, validity and effectiveness of legal regulation, scope of legal norm, collection of laws, collection of international agreements), legal regulations of municipalities and regions, application and interpretation of law Basics of legal regulation of trade business, subject of business, Types of trade license Prerequisites for operating trades Trade barriers Procedure for obtaining a trade license Trade offices, competence, control Business corporations General foundations, founding, extinction of corporations Types of Business Corporations (Personal, Capital Corporations) Cooperatives, European cooperatives and societies Establishment of Corporations under the Civil Code (Entrepreneur, Associations, Foundations) Types of entrepreneur representation Contractual Relationships (Contracts, Essentials, Contract Content, Termination of Contractual Relationship) Liability in contractual relationship Labor law (establishment of employment relationship, types of employment contracts, agreements on work outside employment, agreements on material liability, termination of employment Safety and Health protection during work Businessman's criminal responsibility Types of economic crimes Types of property crimes

Student will be able to understand the new (current) rules of private law of the Czech Republic. With regard to the profile of the graduate acquires knowledge in the field which is necessary for the initiation and implementation of their own business or for the status of a qualified employee business corporations, associations or other legal entities. Students will be able to understand the legal order of the Czech Republic in its breadth and interdependencies of individual regulations that they can discover, interpret and apply the relevant provisions of the particular case.
