The foundations of legal theory (law, basic functions of law, the rule of law and its structure, classification of rules of law, types of sources of law, legal usage, legal precedents, the "legal power" term, the validity and effectiveness of a legal regulation, the scope of rules of law, the collection of laws, the collection of international contracts), the legislation of municipalities and regions, in addition to the application and interpretation of law. Establishing, amending and terminating legal relationships, the functions of legal relationships, legal reality, the body of a legal relationship, the object of a legal relationship, the content of such a relationship Civil Law - Private Law. Use of the rules of private law. Protection of private rights. Natural persons. Protection of personality. Legal persons - definition, categorization. Establishment and incorporation, dissolution and extinction. Generally, the bodies of legal persons. Legal persons - general provisions. Corporate and foundation. Public entities. Guild. Foundation. Endowment Fund. Department. Things and their distribution. Absolute property rights. The substantive law. Rights to foreign affairs. Relative property rights - liabilities and their contents. The contract generally. Change in the person of creditor or debtor. Securing and affirmation of commitments. Selected types of contracts. A contract of sale. Contract of work. A silent partnership contract. License Contract. Business Representation Contract, etc. Business Corporation - the term "business corporation", establishment, creation, cancellation, termination, liquidation. Deposit and management of deposit. Bodies of the corporation - the definition, the status, behavior. Head to head internal relations of organs. Establishment and termination of office of a member of the statutory body. Prerequisites for the creation function. Contract for performance of the function. The company with limited liability. The joint-stock company. The cooperative. Labour law, labour relations and parties to such relations, legal acts, procedures prior to commencing employment, employment, employment contracts and establishing employment, amending and terminating employment, agreements for work outside employment, working hours and break periods. Student will be able to understand the new (current) rules of private law of the Czech Republic. With regard to the profile of the graduate acquires knowledge in the field which is necessary for the initiation and implementation of their own business or for the status of a qualified employee business corporations, associations or other legal entities. Students will be able to understand the legal order of the Czech Republic in its breadth and interdependencies of individual regulations that they can discover, interpret and apply the relevant provisions of the particular case. |
