Case studies - successful and unsuccessful innovations. 3. Qualitative and quantitative aspects of innovation processes. Rules of product innovations. Fundamental elements and relationships, the principle of their concatenation. Effectiveness of innovations. Framework for coordinated management of corporate innovations. Utility value and usefulness of innovations. 4. Innovation as a systematic activity. Sources of innovative opportunities. Principles of innovations? implementation. 5. The innovation process. The Stage-GateTM process new product creation. 6. How to search new innovative opportunities. Teamwork. 7. Innovation project. Project. Project life cycle. Project management. Project decomposition. 8. Time and source evaluation of the project. Holders of legitimate interests. Project justification. Risks in the project. 9. How to create innovation projects. Feasibility study. The method of project evaluation (CBA analysis). 10. Financing innovation activities. Financing of R&D and innovations. - zatřídit inovace podle inovačního řádu, - zpracovat inovační projekt podle definovaných náležitostí, - uplatnit metody projektového řízení na konkrétním projektu z praxe, - prakticky aplikovat znalosti z oblasti inovačního procesu a jeho řízení, - vyhledat možnosti financování inovačních projektů, - vybrat vhodnou formu ochrany duševního vlastnictví.
