Použití metod měření práce - snímkování , chronometráže a MOST (systém předem určených časů) Použití pohybových studií - spaghetti diagram, sankey diagram, procesní analýza Analyzovat výrobní pracoviště - pracovníka, stroj, prvky vizualizace, standardizace a audity pracoviště Stanovit normy spotřeby práce, časové normy a definovat potřebný počet měření při náměrech a normování Vytvořit mapu současného hodnotového toku a definovat nedostatky v materiálových a informačních tocích Používat ergonomické checklisty a provádět ergonomické analýzy
