Course content
1. Recap of basic project management knowledge. 2. Logical framework. 3. Project certification. Certified project manager. 4. Project team and leadership. 5. Team, team members, project manager. 6. Work performance of project team. The role of project manager. 7. Process of people development in project management. Personal policy in project management. 8. Competences of project manager. 9. Psychology and team leading. 10. Self-control, stress, asertivity. 11. Ethics. 12. DMAIC project management.

Knowledge
Basic knowledge and skills from the project management basics on the level of international IPMA certificate (level D), obtained in course "Project Management in Industrial Engineering I". Review of enterprise projects types, project planning procedures and project evaluations, that are obtained in the first part of subject. The basic knowledge of MS Project 2020.
