Industrial moderation - definition of the term, general procedure of moderation in relation to production and support processes System preparation of a moderated workshop, practical procedure and training in the preparation of a workshop for the analysis of the production process Moderation techniques, methods for problem analysis, methods for designing / improving / innovating the process usable in the workshop Teamwork and organization of teamwork for a successful workshop Workshop moderation from the point of view of rhetoric, visualization of the workshop, tools for the implementation of a successful workshop Methods of completion and obtaining feedback from the workshop, mapping and standardization of workshop conclusions, feedback
